We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
Unused & Unworn – Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, styling, cutting, washing, or alterations.
Original Packaging – All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Hygiene Protection – Wigs and extensions must have the original lace uncut and remain in their protective hairnet.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, worn, or altered products (including cut lace or styled hair).
  • Custom or special-order wigs.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Haircare products, accessories, or styling tools.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us at dreamysdynasty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing Time: Once received, returns are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for items of equal or greater value and only if the exchange is valid(price difference must be paid).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
